1. (Re) Sellers – Producers

The organization which produces/sells the product and instructs to move/load the goods by initiating a transport order. In addition, the seller is responsible to share/maintain the chemical product master data including the safety data sheet information. 

2. Loaders – Producers – 3rd party Tank storage operators

This organization manages the loading of the goods into the bulk equipment recipient. This role typically  checks/accepts/rejects the digital loading documents at gate entrance and equipment recipient prior loading. This “loader” role can also be performed by the third party terminal.

3. Equipment Operators – Carriers  

This organization performs the actual transport of the goods and assigns the right bulk equipment to the transport order. This role typically  manages the equipment, send cleaning instructions to the cleaner and accepts the eECD cleaning service. In case no cleaning is performed and the same product is loaded, this organization provides a digital ePPL (proof previous load or previous cargo document) to the loader. 

4. Cleaners – Tank cleaning stations 

This organization performs the equipment cleaning as per cleaning order instructions received from the Equipment Operator-Carrier. It might also offer extra depot services like storage, heating and repair.
